Default MySubaru.com

What service is automatically added to my site?

Immediately when you identify your vehicle by adding your VIN, MySubaru will automatically begin recording two types of information in your Service History. These are:
  • Warranty, Added Security, and Recall/Service Campaign work
  • Maintenance and other work if your dealer participates in the Subaru CARE Program
NOTE: It generally takes up to 30 days for dealer repairs to appear on your site, but, depending on the communication link we have with your dealer, it may take longer.

Are they kidding someone other than themselves? In 30 days someone could walk the records over to Subaru for entry onto the master database.

24, 48 hours max should be reality.

Ha, 30 days would be quick for Subaru. It took a dealer about 4 months to upload the fact that they replaced my head gaskets.

I just update them myself. Took about 30 seconds to log my recall work and ECU reflash that I had done last Friday. It's for my reference more than anything. At least with having it online, I can access it anywhere.

But only if you're in the USA -- us Canadians are just out of luck.
