Default Bronze appreciation!

We caught a bit of flak from some of our friends for buying a brown car, but we really like the color! It's very coppery-looking in mornings and evenings. I had a 78 Jeep CJ5 that was a golden-brown but it didn't have the same depth to it. We see NO other bronze Subarus around here, so I guess it hasn't been very popular - I like that!

Some folks can only see the color of poo, I don't know why.

LOL, we're all different. If we weren't, we'd still have the choice of any color we want, as long as it was black.

Unhappy Everything comes down to poo...

I don't think "rusty" bronze was ever an option for my wife. i think the only vehicle I like it on are those older Jeep Grand Cherokees - they just fit them better and even those are lighter than this.

As far as colors, we ended up with the silver - first choice was the Dark Blue, then the dark gray, silver, black, green, North Carolina Blue and last but not least, Bronze.

But to each his/her own

Wink

That bronze color looks cool IMHO. Living in S.Florida I chose a white vehicle....again... I know, boring as heck but dark colors are too warm and require frequent washing, something we can't do too often with the water use restrictions we have...
I had a dark colored Avalanche and fortunately the AC system was for a Suburban, so the smaller cab of the Avy was more like a fridge... Not to say the Subie isn't cold BTW..

There are a couple were I live. I like them. Something different. Who cares, as long as you like it. You could be boring like everyone else and buy silver, white, or black.

I agree with this sentiment.
Oh wait.....I bought silver!
Seriously though, I wanted the black interior more than I cared about the color of the exterior.

I don't see many brown Outbacks. I wonder the what the build percentages are for the colors?
