Default Seat covers for 2014?

Hi All,

I just purchased a 2014 Outback with the black upholstery.

The black seems to show everything, so I was looking into seat covers.

What are the best fit, and are there any that go under the hard plastic seat backs?

I'd hate to cover the seatbacks, as my daughter is 7 and winters in Maine are slushy, gritty and salty.

Um, why not let her trash the removable, washable seat cover instead of the plastic seat back?

There was a good thread on just this topic. Since 13-14 seats are the same try the seach and I think you will find some good suggestions...

Well, the plastic back wipes off - versus taking the cover on & off (which is a PTA).

Try CalTrend at AutoAnything

They have quite a few fabrics, styles and colors. Each is custom cut for your make and model.

I got a front set for my 2013. After taking it in for routine maintenance, the service manager called me to ask where I got them, saying "They're the best fitting seat covers I've ever seen." I agree.

Attached are two photos of mine actually installed - not PR photos. Note that mine are vinyl on the back, not the velour on the seat fronts, and both have pockets. Should be easy to clean with a sponge.

Here's a link to the ones I bought - I have Taupe interior.

Incidentally, your link appears to be a Chinese web site - which is why the shipping time is 25 days. Note too that the price of $250+ says for "piece" - hope that's for two not one.

My CalTrends were $183 for both fronts with a discount (AutoAnything runs them frequently) and included shipping.
