Is anyone driving at 7000 Ft. or close to? I have an '09 Outback and am getting about 23 in the Summer with city driving.
I would like to know what people are getting at altitude with the 2010. |

I must drive too aggressive. I got a little over 23mpg with mostly city (some highway) driving. I got about 28mpg with mostly highway.

2.5 w/CVT. 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, 1 small dog, took a 3 hour-each-way trip with two lane highway, 4 lane highway, and about 75 miles of city driving. 26.5 cumulative. Broke the 1000 mile barrier on this trip. I won't worry too much about mileage until spring.

I've been getting an avg of 22-23 mpg, as my commute involves about 15 miles of hwy and then 3 miles of bumper-to-bumper traffic. That 3 miles just kills the average. I'm expecting upper 20's for the interstate. Also, after 3 fill-ups, the readout is consistently 1 mpg higher than I calculate. I have a mostly-interstate road trip next weekend, so we'll see how that goes.
