Are those WeatherTech all-weather mats? I wanted to get that color because it hides the light dirt better than black. Not an exact match for stock beige but close. Also it seems that the WeatherTech mats catch more dirt / rocks than the Subaru mats too.

Very nice. It answered my question about the wiring and height adjustment. I still hope we can get a dedicated thread of real world use and operation. It would be nice for people searching. It will get lost here.

The gizmo above the clock is a fire department emergency warning light.

They are weathertech mats. I just cleaned them today too. First time in 9 months. They did a great job keeping dirt and snow off. I didnt like the color at first since it didnt blend with the carpet. I dont even notice it know. I didnt want the digital fit. Im sure they help to keep everything clean, i didnt like the feel they would give to the car

Gave my 2013 its first wax job today. Looking clean. Lots of gunk from bearing grease? or something was caked onto the wheels, near lug nuts. That stuff is a real pain to clean.

You have to take all lug nuts out, one by one, wash them in cig. lighter fluid (or similar) because they are treated with some kind of a glue grease to prevent rusting. You don't have to hoist the car, if you take them out one by one! While at it, apply some no-freeze paste inside to the thread (similar that you would put on spark plug thread) so that you can easily remove them in case you have a flat tire...

What's the best way to get that crap of the rim itself? I tried scrubbing but it's like wax - doesn't easily come off. I don't want to scrub too hard and scratch the rim.

Goo Gone takes it off super easy - just throw a coat of wax on afterwards...
