Default Subaru Site VIN lookup

Sorry for the redundancy... but i was linked to a site beofre where you could input your VIN and it would tell you if it was affected with any TSB or safety recall... not sure if was subaru specific... anyone have the link.

Thank you.

If applicable to my car, mysubaru.com advises me what recall my OB is part of...and what it is not.

Otherwise, I don't know of another site that is based off the VIN.

Is this it? It works kind of strange. Select TSB from the pull down menu, then enter your vin, then click anywhere in the white area and it will populate your car info, then click search.

Probably because the site is based on SOA marketed VINs. Your in Edmonton, and I can only presume your car was originally sold in Canada, through Subaru Canada.

It's the same at mysubaru.com (also an SOA web-site) -- it accepts only VINs for vehicles sold through SOA, which precludes all others, including cars made at Subaru Indiana but destined for Canada.

Unfortunately, Subaru Canada does not yet have anything similar to mysubaru.com.

For kicks and giggles, I tried looking up the VIN on the OB I refused delivery and it said it couldn't find the VIN either. I'm in NY.

It didn't recognize my VIN for my 2011, bought in Wisconsin. But this is a handy search tool, still works with Year model trim search. I've been looking for something like this.

Thanks!
