Thanks much. Best regards, Nick.

I purchaed a 2013 Outback premium yesterday and do want a warranty but thought $1700 was a little high? Any info would be great! Also bought the servcie maintance agreement but may stop it, not sure it was a good deal?

Any advice would be great!

Hey G-Omaha
I would love to get your contact for the extended warranty - just bought at 2013 premium w/CVT.

Thanks for taking the time to help folks out!

You need to look at what you bought on the Service agreement and the agreed upon time/mileage intervals. I have found that you can do better accomplishing the maintenance as required. For example, my dealership offers the Synthetic Oil & Filter change, along with a complimentary multi-point inspection for $54.95 ($32.95 for Dino Oil). Additional, you may want to ask if this maintenance agreement is limited to that dealership. Had a friend that had one (not Subaru) and the dealer went bankrupt - after that he was totally SOL and the remainder of the contract (2 1/2 years) was a total write-off. So my general opinion on Maintenance Contracts is run, not walk, away from them - but that is my opinion YMMV.

G-Omaha. We're considering an Outback Limited w/CVT yet have not discussed price with the dealer. I'd love to see the info your sharing as we're considering an extended warranty. TIA.

G-Omaha- I'm getting close to either a '13 2.5 Premium or Limited and would appreciate the extended warranty info for 7/100/0 before I buy. Thanks
