Sent. Best to research first and then buy. Did you buy a Subaru Gold plan or something else - look at the paperwork it should state that it is an application for a Subaru SAS?

I was able to get my local dealer to match the pricing information sent to me by G-Omaha. I might have been able to beat the price if I had more time to call around, but I was 500 miles from driving out of my 3/36k warranty. I talked to one finance officer, and when I told her the price the dealership agreed to meet, she said "buy it." She didn't try to beat the price, and said the dealer cost was about $1250. I don't know if that is true, but if so, I am happy with that profit margin. The original price quote was around $2000, so I saved a substantial chunk.

Please send info on your extended warranty. I purchased a plan ($1500) through total care auto (Utah Co.) when I purchased my 2013 Outback and now am having second thoughts. I believe I can still cancel their plan and go with something different. Thanks.

I will also be interested in similar info, same warranty, same car (OB Prem+CVT), State CA, probably be picking up the OB end of this week.
