Shouldn't be hard to find- just make sure you're googling correctly, "lamin-x yellow tint" or film. I was able to find it as a 24x26" sheet for no more than $20 I believe. Then just made a template of the fogs and cut with scissors.
FYI small pieces don't need the wet install method you see for paint protection film- just remove the backing and carefully lineup, then apply pressure.

I have Ventureshield on my lights. Probably the best film on the market by far.
