Green and brown were the only 2 colors that I even considered, partly because I didn't want the all-black interior. Ended up with green which was my first choice. Not really happy with either cloth interior choice but disliked the ivory less than the black. I like the contrasting colors in the ivory interior, and have managed to keep it clean so far (1 yr) |

A summer report by BASF Automotive coatings suggests that bronze is the new black when it comes to car colors.

We love ours, maybe even more so because it's so rare.

Again, why no Special Appearance Package on Cypress Green Pearl, Subaru? The saddle brown leather would look great.

I personally love the Carmel Bronze Pearl.
My neighbor directly across the street has one.. It's actually what lead me to purchase my 13 White Satin Pearl with the appearance package. I love the white. nice and clean and goes good with all the black and grey on the car but truth be told if the Carmel Bronze Pearl had the Special Appearance Package. That would have been what I bought! Carmel Bronze on Saddle Brown

My Porsche 911 was this same color in 1977. It is all personal taste. I bought the Porche because of the car not the color but it turned out to be a nice color...

Love love love that color!! Upset w/ myself that I did not get it. I got the green. There were no bronze cars on the lot & so only had the picture to go by. If I had actually seen an actual brown car I would of had them ship one in from some place. If I had that color I think I would like my car even more.
Some of us are just very sensitive to color. Oh, I have friends w/ that bronze OB & they say they get stopped all the time by people asking what kind of car it is. They love their bronze. |

I like the caramel bronze but my wife wasn't into it. We went with the Venetian Red on our 2013. I am glad we went with the red as its still one of the least produced colors. Most Outbacks in Indy are either green, blue or black...not many other colors represented. I wish they made it in the desert sand color like on the crosstrek. I think that would be cool. My favorite color combination is silver with dark red interior, but I think that would look better on a Porsche 918 (the car that is not out yet) than an outback LOL
