Quick and simple it isn't. Poor disign IMHO...but more $$$ for the dealership if you get them to do it.
Did my drivers side yesterday. Took the wheel off and about 8 clips off the fender liner and pulled it back with a strap. Then removed the connector from marker light, which give more room to get at the bulb. Took over an hour to do it. Could do it in about 15 minutes if I had to do it again.

I feel like an idiot, but I just took the car to the dealership. LOL

I mean it was still under warranty so it was free, that and they replaced the cargo area cover because a little plastic endcap was MIA.

You must have long and skinny fingers... LOL I tried to do that but few bleeding spots on my hands later, I gave up that method.

I finally got around to changing the lowbeam bulbs. It wasn't too bad going through the fenderwell method without taking the wheel off. Took about 30 minutes to do both sides, about 30 minutes to clean-up all the cuts I got from the procedure...So an hour total. lol

Removing the front bumper while seeming extreme is much easier that taking the fender liners loose. Also I have HIDs so I doubt that I will change bulbs soon. If I had one fail under warranty (not the HIDs) I would have the dealer do this.
I think it took me about 8 minutes to take the bumper off a 2nd time and it is nice to reach everything. First time was 20 minutes...
