I had my car done at the dealership and they DID work on the rear right wheel well. It was a bad weld between the frame and wheelhouse. According to the service department, the robot did something stupid. Anyway, they took the car to a body shop and 'fixed' that problem. However, the noise is still there! The dealership shares diagnostic database so your dealer probably got notified about this issue on mine...
I headed to another dealership in my area and had them work on the same noise. This time, they put some insulator around the fuel door cable and clip and re-installed the subwoofer adding some insulating materials. I picked up the vehicle and heard the same noise. It was slightly better but definitely still there.
Here's the funny part: I had a chance to drive a 2013 Legacy for a few days when they were working on my car and i heard the SAME NOISE from the rear right! WHAT'S MORE: i was also riding with the service maneger on a 2013 Subaru Outback 2.5i LTD this morning , AGAIN, same noise when making turns and/or on bumps. And it's louder than mine....
I am moving to another state after Thanksgiving and will try another dealer later.
Disappointed but have to get them fix this!

I can't drive for more than a minute or two without hearing it. Usually it happens several times per minute. In my case, it's loud enough to hear even with the stereo blasting...

Anyway, I was expecting the dealership to give me the run around, but they actually came back and said it was likely a bad weld near the right rear wheel well.

I have an appointment with the body shop on the 26th and they'll probably have the car for a few days to fix it, but I'm happy to report that the dealership seems to be taking care of it. Will post results after Thanksgiving on how it goes!

LOL is that right. What kind of mystery noise do you have on 2013 OB?

Haha, yes. When i was driving with the service people the noise became hard to duplicate.

Mostly loose stuff that kids and wife leave in various storage compartments and then, when I drive alone, I make a couple of sharp turns (drivers behind me think that I am drunk) and I locate the culprits...
But, on my sons 2005 Forester, there was (and still is) a mystery sound on driver's side/rear seat area. I took the whole rear end apart, yet could not locate the source. Problem is (if you have ever been in the auto assembly line) that if these robotics/arms that do spot weldings are just a bit off the tolerances, they leave part of the body un-welded. And then, there is absolutely now way to find where it's coming from as the car body flexes at different driving modes... LOL - You will have to live with those. There are more to come! LOL

I still want them to fix this. Meanwhile, i am looking forward to 2015 OB already LOL or something else? Having driven three 2013 models and they all make that noise. Still can't believe how funny that is.

Seems like this is getting pretty close to a Lemon Law type claim CKK!

I too seem to be having both the glove box rattle, which sounds a lot like the locking lug nuts rattling around in there. Plus clicking from the rear right when turning at slow speeds. This is my first Subaru having come from 10 years of Nissan ownership. Mine goes in for her 3500 Oil Change this week and the service dept will be notified then of the 2 problems.

Mine went in yesterday and they said they could hear the click from the rear, but as it wasn't real bad they felt it fell within the normal sounds you could expect from a Subaru! lol. Basically told me to come back if it gets any worse. They said it would be real difficult to diagnose and they'd need it for some time, didn't flat out refuse to fix it - so I said I'd hold off and wait and see if it gets worse.

It'll probably get worse when temperature drops. However, if it bothers you, don't wait
Seems this IS a common problem 13 OB has! Maybe due to the suspension change?? But i recall someone's 12' OB also has similar noise from the rear right. I hope more people can chime in and report this issue. SOA has to do something!
