Can anyone personally recommend seat covers for an OB? To keep claws from going through the leather?
Was going to check LLBean but was looking for personal experiences. |

I seem to recall something in the owners manual that recommended NOT using seat covers as this will keep the side air bags which are located in the seats from deploying.

i would recommend neoprene covers from wet okole or caltrend. subaru tells you not to buy seat covers cuz they think some idiot would get covers not designed for a seat airbags.

I have covers from this company. https://www.marathonseatcovers.com
They specifically make them for the model and year of your vehicle, and take any airbags into consideration. They are not really cheap, but fit very well.

I second wet okole. They do custom fits, they never wear out (in my experience) they add comfort warmth and are waterproof. The best seat covers i have ever owned - and i have had them on every vehicle I have owned over the last 15 years.

Thanks guys. I will check these out.
To be sure, the covers won't be on all the time. Just when I want to take the dog somewhere. Was only planning on having them in the back seat when needed. |
