I am not going to go through the hassle of TSB's, I don't want to have the car all tore up either. I thought I was in the clear, OH WELL. We are keeping it for now. Disappointing though.
If your tires are well balanced you may want to play with the pressure. I found that 34 PSI front and 32 PSI rear, took care of any vibes I had left. Critical is that the pressures are dead on even left and right of the car..Not even 'only' .5 PSI off, but spot on. Give it a shot and see what works for your car..

Thanks, I will recheck them tonight. Who knows what they may have done at the shop. LOL

Went test drive with an SOA field rep. It was not easy to reproduce the issue because of the traffic and the road condition (winding and relatively not smooth roads. Interestingly the oscillation more obvious on smooth surface. Rougher road actually seems to cancel out the vibration). When we found a long stretch of straight black top surface, I could see the steering wheel oscillated when I only guide the wheel lightly.

At this point the rep thinks there is no problem with the car. I respect that opinion. I also told him that the previous two TSBs showed the same symptoms, the problem went away for a bit, then slowly and gradually coming back. It has only been 900-1000 miles since the third TSB, and I already could see the oscillation and I am sure it will be there by the time I reach 3k miles.

He will talk to SOA and SOA will contact me. I am hoping they will do me right.

...the reason for that is that the rough road masks the symptoms...smooth road does not. I had the same issues when I first had a couple of TSB's done. Stick to your guns
