I Totaled My Subaru! Worst Day Ever!

I wasn't paying attention and the road turned a 90 degree angle. I went straight, jumped about 3 feet, went through a fence, and slid the rear quarter into a tree. Other than the rear quarter it isnt as bad as I expected. The air bags didn't deploy and I was able to back it out to where the tow truck picked it up. I miss my car! I have to get estimates to be sure its totaled. If they fix the rear quarter ill fix the rest. I want to keep it!

Yes, I am fine. Thanks for asking. This car is really safe! I do have pictures but I don't have a Photobucket account and I don't have any more space on my album to post them.

im impresed with suby safety. on a slushy mountain road i slid off the road (no snow tires) and ended up rolling down the mountian side 3 full rotations. no bumps no bruises. both me an my buddy had class in our hair for a few days that a little more came out in the shower each time. but other wise we were perfect. this was an 04 wrx wagon. lost the pictures though and dont have them now photobucket accounts take minutes to register, just an fyi

I deleted 2 pictures.
Here it is. This is after I moved it.

The driver front A arm caved in, the tie rod bent, and the knuckle is broken. If I fix that its driveable.

Yeah you are good, a couple visits to some "pull'a'part" car yards and you will be golden! sorry to hear about it though

Glad you're okay! It doesn't look too terrible. I don't think you'll much trouble getting it back to normal.

Happens to all of us...I've had a few close calls where I've been in another world driving home.

All except that quarter panel and glass. I need to start looking for a new hatch.

I was screwing with the radio. Right about now I'm thinking that song wasn't all that bad. LOL
