Default Better Aux. lights for 99 Outback

I guess my eyes are getting old...any way to swap out the aux. lights under the front bumper and put in some legal but very brights lights to help when driving in the dark?

If you can recommend a make/model it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Mitch

people used to go with hella 500s I think.

I also think kartboy (maybe some others too?) make some 'universal' brackets for mounting stuff under there.

Nowadays, there may be better choices including HID-type upgrades.

maybe search for threads here and at scoobymods.com

Hella 500FF's will fit directly in. They come in driving and fog.

Another option for about the same price (that I am considering personally), if you have the 9006 bulb in yours, is to get some HIR-1 bulbs and put them in. 95% of the light output of an HID with a whiter light than Halogen, all in a halogen style bulb.

Give Dave at rallylights.com a call, tell him Brian sent you. This is what they deal with for a living

i do the newer out back fog lights they are heavy duty, fit your stock mount. just need to bend the sides just a little bit and then it fits and wires up stock.
Then pick a bulb or HID of your choice.
it looks a MILLION times better and cheap, stock.
