throttle feel and bump when shifting

Had this 17 3.6 H6 for about 5700 miles now. Still has this random situation, when the lights turn green, or at stop sign after you made a complete stop, and the moment you step on the accelerator, may be only 1/10 of the pedal travel, the vehicle lunch forward, feels like a jump, and my girlfriend spills coffee and mad at me. I'm sure it's not me but the car, it has happened multiple time, it has nothing to do with how you step the pedal. Normal for Subaru CVTs?

And another issues is, while you step on the brake and shifting though gears P R N D, the vehicle jerks backward then forward, even after you have driven 50 miles when oil, coolant, and atf all reached operating temperatures. it's very noticeable, you kind of see your passanger's head movement through the corner of my eyes. I have only experienced this in vehicle over 100k miles. Normal for Subaru CVTs?

I occasionally experience what you're talking about in the first paragraph, but never enough to elicit a complaint from a passenger.

I don't really experience the second issue, but I am always careful to come to a complete stop (and stay stationary) before changing from D-R or R-D. I have 37k miles on my 3.6R.

My 3.6 does have a pretty aggressive throttle but I actually enjoy it. No excess jerking going through gears with foot on brake.

it's only aggressive from 0-5 mpg, gets annoying for me a little bit.
