Dealing with Carmax and their offers - Subaru Outback

Wanted to see if anyone here has sold a car to Carmax? How was your experience?

What type of value did they give you? Could I expect Kelly Blue Book "Fair value" to sell to them, or much less?

They were extremely easy to deal with - they gave us NADA trade in value for our Honda Element. Obviously, we could have made more selling it ourselves, but there's something to be said for a guarantee that you're walking out with a check.
