Hello, I need advice on purchasing a used Subaru. It is a 2001 LL Bean Edition Subaru Outback wagon. It has a 6-Cyl 3.0 H-6 engine and 145,000 miles clocked. Interior / exterior are in very good condition. Tires not so great. Hatchback handle sticks. 2 owners both within my state. They are asking $5600 so after my trade in it would cost $5000.

Is this a good price?
Is 145k too many miles?
Is 6cyl engine better than 4?
Is it expensive to repair?
Any major issues with engine / exhaust for this model?

Please advise!
