Need help from u.s. vehicles regardin payout by Subaru usa.

I am still trying to get to the bottom of how we are out $600 in out payout from Subaru America. Customer service has been nothing but terrible, and I would like very much, to get a subaru work order numbers from people who have been payed out their entire amount (or close to it) including taxes. Then I can get past their "we don't pay taxes" block on me and demonstrate that this has been done previously. thanks in advance.
