I really like the 'participated' function, which gives me a list of threads I participated in, which is TREMENDOUSLY helpful to access posts of threads I'm interested in, but not subscribed to.

Can someone please show me where this function is on the desktop version?

iPhone 6 w/ iOS8.2 using native Safari browser. Having trouble with drop down menu top left of screen to even recognise my touch. I've tried light touch, heavy, short, long, stab, semi wet (licked my finger) ... just doesn't love me. I can scroll, jump pages using the annoying throbbing page indicator but menu drop down is simply unreliable. Works sometimes and other times not. I often end up reloading the forum home page as a workaround. Hope this feedback is helpful.

Regards

Couldn't stop laughing at your post.

I'll pass along the drop down menu issue to the mobile view team. Are you able to exit the mobile view? I don't want you getting stuck on it if it's not functioning properly.

Thanks guys. On a serious note ... seems the problem only occurs when I leave a forum page active on my iPhone and then come back to it later in the day ... my recent addiction to subaruoutback.org is such that I spend about 30 mins in the morning in the forums on the train and then when I come back to it in the afternoon for my followup session I need to completely reload to the forum home page before the drop down menu (top left on smartphone) will work. Note : simply refreshing the page I am on doesn't fix it.

Happy Easter and safe travels this long weekend.

It sounds like a session timeout issue. I'll forward this to the mobile team for testing since i'm an Android user. In the meantime, when you get stuck and you want to browser the forum on desktop mode, here's an option to do so without using the slide out menu: How to View the Desktop Version of a Website in iOS 8 Safari

Thanks for the feedback and have a great Easter Monday!

Whenever I do a search on my smart phone it keeps just giving me the same most recent forum topics, all of which are entirely irrelevant to the search.

Hey Plewis833,

What phone and browser are you using? What are attempting to search (key words) and what are the latest results that displays? Also, are you on the full site or enhanced mobile view (emv) on your browser? Have you tried the site on Tapatalk? The more details you can provide the better we can assist you.

Let us know and we'll go from there. Thanks!

Cheers,
Natalie
