Man all the ads drive me crazy!

Pop up here, pop up there, more pop-up's, sure is a lot! Hope someone making money but more 'content' vs ads would sure be nice. Yes, I suppose it's the price SOMEONE determined we must all pay, but it's getting old. I have stopped viewing as much as I use to due to so many ads. Don't need a rebuttal, it's a fact we must ALL put up with as I know this post won't change a thing.

Yeah I have the adblocker for chrome it stopped 30 items for this page I'm typing on right now. Every so often I come up to a site that says I must whitelist to continue and I just leave. Screw em.

12 scripts as well as numerous ads blocked here.

Mozilla browser, running uBlock and No script

PS: Most browsers have the option to block pop ups without an add on. Check your settings

Running AdBlock on Chrome it's showing that 35 ad's were blocked on this page.

It's a very worthwhile extension to have on your browser.

Pony up a lifetime membership. I haven't seen an Ad in almost 4 years.

I see many threads started about it...without checking 1st tho, even tho its all been covered before.

New Thread, check 1st

Maybe part of the problem is some of the other clutter? Dunno, I'm in for life.

I'm new to the forum. Does the $15 premium membership block ads? I'd do that if it does. Heck, even the lifetime sounds inexpensive. Added benefits of lifetime membership? Thanks for the input.

Considering I spent $40 in March of 2013...the benefits of the lifetime are no ads and the best advice and information you can fine for $40. I have benefited many times over.

Oh, some folks get a SOBF decal...

I just like supporting the community, even if this place frustrates me sometimes. At least it isn't the ads, right?
