I just bought a 2011 3.6 Outback Limited from Andre Tocci @Rafferty. It was a great buying experience and I would refer anyone looking to work with Andre.
I got the best offer on my trade in from them and I had the VIP pricing, so the cost of the car was the cost of the car. I shopped around for the pricing on an ext. warranty and Rafferty matched the best deal that I found. We closed the deal with Gina in finance and she was very pleasant and nice to work with. She was not pushy with the extra protection offers or ext. warranty items. I've seen many reviews in other forums on this dealership - a lot of people didn't like some of the sales staff or finance guy (who is still there, but I didn't get him to close the deal), but the combination of people I got for my deal was definitely a great team! Most people post about their bad experiences, I thought I'd go against the grain and post about the good experience I had. I can't currently speak to the service dept's reputation, although my vehicle is there now for a speaker issue, we'll see how that goes. |

I just bought a 2012 3.6R from Steve Heck. He was patient, professional, honest and worked hard for my sale. When my purchasing situation required the process to be sped up, Steve and Bob Rafferty (son of owner) worked together to find a car as close to what I wanted as they could get and installed the rest at the dealership. They even threw in the cost of buying and installing (although it is dead simple) the RSB into the labor to install the added options I wanted and the price was STILL a few hundred dollars under invoice.
I can't comment on the service department yet (and I will when the time comes) but Rafferty definately gets a thumbs up |
