This dealership has the worst service department of any car dealership that I have ever encountered. We bought a 2011 Outback Limited from them and have had nothing but problems with their service department:

• 2 oil changes, synthetic oil was listed on the service ticket but regular oil was put in instead. Had to drain and refill both times.
• Lost a key for the vehicle and ordered a new one through the dealership. They never called to let us know it was in and when we finally contacted them they told us it had been there for awhile and to come get it. Picked up the key and luckily tested it before we left. It didn't work because it hadn't been programmed so they wasted an hour of our time doing that while we had to wait.
• Had a minor fender bender and had to have the front bumper replaced. They ordered a new one and had to have it painted. 4 weeks lated the paint on the new bumper is peeling and chipping under both headlights and the grill. Will have to waste the part of my Labor Day weekend to go back to them so that they can "inspect it" and then go through the bumper replacement again.

Bottom line; the service department at this dealership is the worst I have ever encountered. Once the bumper saga is fixed (hopefully for good this time) We will be going out of our way to go to another dealership and will let everyone we know that they need to stay away from this terrible dealership.

concur...had similiar problems when they were servicing my KIA....dont know about the sales department
