I bought a 2013 Outback Limited 2.5L a couple of weeks ago at Go Subaru West in Golden, Colorado.
My salesman was Eric and he was knowledgeable about the product and a straight shooter. I felt I got a good deal that we were both happy with and there was none of the typical salesman b.s. or games. I'm glad I didn't get a "what will it take to put you in this car today" line of b.s. because I would have walked. I'm 65 years old and have purchased a lot of vehicles and have a low tolerance for b.s. and games. The finance guy (or whatever you call them) was personable and not a high pressure guy (I paid cash). No pressure to buy the extended warranty, muffler bearing protection package ( ), etc. or anything mentioned about giving good ratings on the customer survey. The deal was completed in an efficient and timely manner. The wife is tickled with her new car and so am I. I was so pleased with the experience, I might buy another Outback for me in a year or so from the same place/salesman if I decide to sell my Dodge truck.Cloudpeak |

I bought my '12 OBW thru Costco and dealt with Eric as well. No pressure and was fairly easy purchase (pd Cash). Have had no reason to go back at this point. Only 2k on the ODO.
