Brennan, Nice CC! I almost got one but opted for the Long Haul Trucker because I thought the longer headtube will raise up the bar for me but did not realize the frame came with a shorter axle to crown fork. Oh well, I still love the ride.

Cool. Looks like we've reversed roles on our Surlys. My Crosscheck set up for touring, and your LHT set up for cyclocross. That's what's great about these bikes though. They're so versatile.

My TT / Triathlon race bike. I was testing some new stuff on it just the other day and took cell phone photo while at it.

Resureccted thread that I never saw before! OK, I'll play along, then...

1992 Bridgestone RB-T lugged steel touring bike

1997 KHS Summit X True-Temper steel mountain bike

Which I bought used a couple of years ago, and then turned it into an Xtracycle cargo bike. I've added a Surley 1X1 rigid fork, fenders, front platform rack, and new stem since this photo.

And I dug this old home made unicycle from my Mom's garage, which I rode all over town when I was a kid. After not riding it for 40+ years, it took a while before I got the hang of it again.

Two of my haulers.

And a link to more photos of these bikes as well as the other bikes Leaning Against the Wall

Love seeing all the Surlys. Here are a few from my quiver.

I'm thinking about building a Surly Troll for an upcoming tour. Heard lots of good things about their on and off road capabilities.

morris, I've got a 29'er unicycle as a gift. Any hints on learning to ride it?

It doesn't appear you have any tensioners, guides or jockey wheel supports along the chainline on the KHS extended. Does it shift okay?
