My OBW seat has been very uncomfortable on my upper legs / rear since falling on ice at Christmas. Not a good combination since it's my winter daily driver. I discovered that if I move my seat up and back and drive with my knees close together, the pain doesn't appear after about 30 minutes on the road. Since I already sit very upright and keep the steering wheel rather high, I don't have to adjust the steering column.
