As to the Audi VS Subaru thing...

Different car classes altogether, and WITH that -

Pitted against eachother I'll take four rings over six stars every time.

Better differentials on lower models (the only way we can get a LSD up front on the Subaru is by getting a STI), a much more refined system.... oh... and they make dead sexy wagons. Dead. Sexy. Wagons. Sexytime wagons.

Wait, let me turn that engine note up for you.

Same 4.2 FSI used in the Avant.

BUT, you have to be willing to pay for that wonderful sexytime. Audi's are like high maintenance women... the faster they are, the more money they will want as they age. I did some heavy research into picking up a B7 RS4 Sedan and decided that although I could do most of the required maintenance (including pulling the intake manifold and cleaning the gum-prone intake valves) I didn't want to have to deal with it. Every time I see or hear one in person though... I'm pretty much spellbound again. Incredible automobiles.

I'd give both of my testicles for an RS4 Avant or an RS6.

So, that would make you the same as all the other Audi owners then?
