Have you thought about getting an EcuTek done on your monster? How about TGV delete? I'm considering it very seriously! Get a few extra HPs. I'm also thinking about headers, up pipe and down pipe with a a good EcuTek tune.

Are you still running a 5 speed tranny?
What's up Matt. Sorry I don't check this forum very often, I'm on Nasioc every day tho. The OB is great! Got some new additions, mostly interior stuff:

Outback Sti - NASIOC

Not shown, but I also got STi blue carpet, blue door panels (fake Alcantara ftw!) and STi front seats.

I don't like aftermarket ECUs, I stick with the stocker. Way easier to tune and starts up every time. I probably won't do TGV deletes, the HP gain is negligable unless you have done everything else for a Stg. 3 setup (new turbo + supporting mods). I am currently saving for:

HTA68 turbo
Process West top mount IC
Perrin turbo inlet
Grimmspeed headers
Heat coat everything

With this setup and a new tune I'll probably put down around 370whp. I'd love a 6 speed but just can't afford it, especially as my turbo is on its last legs and I want to replace all the other stuff at the same time... the WRX 5 speed is fine and handles the power great so far.

This is my DD and I can't afford to be without my baby during snowboard season!
