Impressive shots, and it's also impressive that you know exactly what these things are called

No post-processing at all. Even if I were inclined, I don't really know how!
I'm a fairly competent birder, but I'm just starting to learn some of the common dragonflies, which is one reason I was taking the pictures. A good field guide is a must; I use Dragonflies through Binoculars by Sidney Dunkle. |

Your competence with a camera is clear - highly awesome photos
![]() If you're interested, the Google Picasa graphics program is a good, free way to do things like auto-levels which can help with providiing the "pop" in photos where the contrast is low,such as your sixth one above. Thanks for sharing |
