Default 303 High tech fabric guard - suitable for seats?

Looks like it's marketed as an exterior product but I see a lot of people use it on their seats.

Any reason why this wouldn't be the best solution?

Thanks

For one before the fabric is even cut and made into seats it is treated with materials to protect it. Putting 303 on top of new seats is like wiping them down with watered down cheap stuff after the entire cloth has been treated with really good stuff.

Give the car a year or two then use the 303 when it might actually do some good.

my 2010 has 40K miles on it and the light fabric stains very easily.

Thats why we got leather in the OB - the cloth 2010 legacy is grandmas car and she's clean. Get some Seat covers.

By the way really high quality leather seats would run you around $1200 installed so don't go spending crazy money on your cloth seats.

And my 2010 seat stains if you even look at them! Water stains them, seems like even air stains them. I am very happy with my sub but I HATE the seats.
