After all that polishing, one way to prevent the lights from yellowing is to use Plexus plastic cleaner. I have used it on the windshields on my motorcycles for years with great success...YMMV

For the cars at work I use the 3M system, it works great. I recommend it to anyone that asks me. I do tell them you have to use the whole kit. Don't be cheap. As you sand down the first time make sure you remove all that line you see 1/2 way down the headlights. I have on odd occasions seen the sun damage go way past repairing it. They will not be 100% but good enough. You will however have to wax the headlights more oftern because you have removed the protective coating.
