I installed my Rallyarmor mudflaps today.
I had trouble only with the rear flaps. Using a pick helped, as shown in the definitive how-to-guide pointed to by the first post in thie thread. See http://www.subaruoutback.org/forums/...166#post179166 for pics of how much bigger these are than the OEM. |

Picked up some flaps from the auto parts store today. (advanced auto parts)
$10 for 2 (2 sets) Not as good looking as the stockers but they should shed snow better. These hang about 2 inches lower but are a bit narrower. Not bad for 1/6 the price. They are a flexible Black ABS. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Oh, hey those look like they will work splendidly, especially compared to the stock "mud guards."
Funny you brought this thread back up; I've been rolling ideas over in my head about how to get coverage all the way down to near the ground whilst avoiding the problem of damaging the body if you back over them. Ideally, you also could switch them out depending on the conditions. Yours look great, And you will appreciate the reduced spray. cheers!

Added UR flaps with white logo this weekend. Wish they were a bit longer, but better coverage than the OEM molded flaps - that's for sure.
