Window tinting on a wagon - Page 2 - Subaru Outback

I will have to take more pics. All of them that show the window tint have the glare.

Same color as mine! Good pic, is that 35% in the rear or darker? Fla has much nicer restrictions than MN.

I had "Solar Gard" installed.... HP Charcoal 13
....I'm also in Florida.

Was told this was "legal"... 13%
..but I "think" 15% is the Florida law....oh well, close enough.
I'm happy.

The factory "privacy" glass on my 09 OBXT is 22% visible light transmission. The fronts have none, but I'll get 20% on there at some point.

I also did 5% on my sunroof, which keeps inside temps down IMMENSELY.

I found a shop in Bloomington, MN that only does window tinting, and uses 3M tape. They quoted $260 for the windows and $60 for the sunroof. Labor and rent are a little bit more expensive up here in the Northland.

I expect to make an appointment and have pics in a couple of weeks.

Formula One brand tint. 15% and 35% on rear and side windows. Opted not to have the tinted stripe applied to the front windshield. $288 for all windows with a lifetime warranty.

See attachment... this is 15% in the rear, and 50% on the front windows. Overcast day and sunroof shades are closed, so it looks pretty dark.
