Google is your friend, and so is the search feature on this forum. Lots of hits on Google, and you can also find lots on eBay. Primative is a dealer for King springs.

I'm going low. Removing the factory "body lift" and replacing with LGT bolts and bushings then going with 04 STi struts/WRX wgn springs and STi swaybars I'm a WRX autocrosser that bought the outback for a DD and I just can't stand the monster-truck height personally. I also have a 99 so it'll all just swap over. I'd also suggest turninconcepts.com as they are geniuses when it comes to subie suspension.

If your gonna lower a 01+ OB, you cannot use any of the WRX bits since they use a different strut setup. You can look into Bilstein GT-B setups that are used in Japan and see on ebay...could also go coilover, but those are pricey. When the WRX switched to the hatchback style in 2008, the strut set up changed to the same style as the OB, but im not sure if they would fit...

Look for parts from a Legacy, they should be the closest fits.
