Came with the sticker but unfortunately I'm having problems with the mirror. Will post on that in the proper forum.

Got everything on but mirror still not working properly. I'll have to go to the dealer the next time I'm off island (a week from Monday) and get their help.

Got my Nokian WRs today and already mounted! My hidden hitch and all weather mats are on their way as well as a custom mount for my mobile phone that I ordered from www.proclipusa.com. I'm getting excited!

I still am a believer in slotted and drilled rotors. This comes from the perspective of someone who drives close to 1000 miles a month on gravel mountain roads for work. I have found a huge difference in slotted and drilled rotors when running in wet or dusty conditions. Here in the NW that is a large majority of the time. Also if you upgrade your rotors, use a compatable pad.
I have an 04 Outback and I like your list of mods. I have the Primitve front skid, and rear skid on mine. I also have a AEM CIA, rear LSD, and a Valintine One radar detector. I run full synthetics. I want to add a better strut and stiffer coil on the car. Also where did you get your front strut brace? Thanks |

Thanks Cascade for the advice. I'm still going to go for the slotted but probably won't get them drilled (no warrantee for most drilled and wont cover the vehicle if at fault).
I live in an area that has a lot of gravel roads and so I do a bit of braking too. I got the light weight strut tower brace off of eBay and used for about $25 but there wasn't any brand information with it but it does the trick. BTW are you on the west side or the east side?

I am located on the westside of the hills near Snohomish. It would be fun to get together sometime this summer and do a little Outback travel trip and bbq with some of the local folks. Looks like there is a few out there. I have friends with property on Orcas Is.
I will probably make a strut brace if I can't find one easily. That way I can tie in the radiator core support as well in a diamond. |

I've been wanting to get something going in the islands like some sort of island hop meet which might include Vancouver Island too if I could get enough people interested but am so far getting little interest. I am going to the WCCSS 9 for sure though! BTW there are tones of strut bars out there. Here's a Cusco Front Strut Bar for your MY04. Good luck and cheers,
