OBW won't stop turning over

Hello, all! Great forum! Just a new guy here with a question. My 96' OBW has a problem with starting. The starter just won't stop turning the engine over, even if the ignition is off. I had to disconnect the positive battery cable to make it quit. Is there a solenoid or relay that is stuck in the "on" position? What do I look for?

I pulled the starter today and sue enough the actuator was not allowing it to return to the disengaged position. I took it to the electical shop, and he fixed it for me for the cost of parts, $10! I've never had a starter fail this way. Usually it's the situation where all you get is a "click." I lucked out that this was such a simple fix.
