Default Remove door panel - how?

06 Outback

I am trying to remove the driver's side door panel.

I have worked around the edges and have released the four pop pins, and then tried sliding the panel upwards, but something is holding it. Are there some hidden fasteners?

Every door panel I've removed all had at least two to three screws in the arm rest and door handle holding the door panel in place. Usually hidden by a little pop plastic piece but not always.

The armrest hand grip is a real bear to remove. You have to twist the grip center section until it pops off, then you will find the hidden screws. If you feel around behind it you will find it is split and tension holds in on like a giant clip. You have to pry it apart and off at the same time with your finger tips.
