While pulling into my job this morning (there is a bump that I have to drive over), I heard the sound of plastic against the bottom of my car. One of my coworkers saw the piece come out from under my car, but I am not sure if I just picked something up off the road, or if this is a part from my car.
Should I worry or get this taken into the dealership ASAP to get replaced? Does anyone know what this part is? My car is a 2001 Subaru Outback wagon. ![]()

Not a big deal - subaru online parts you can order one for quite a bit less than the dealer and they go on pretty easily. Shouldn't cost you much - its Ok to drive the car but I would try and get it replaced before the winter weather kicks back in and you have road grime and debri splashing up under the car etc
