Looks like the Outback, XC70 and Allroad niche is being joined by Skoda.

Skoda Superb Scout rendering: four wheel drive wagon for 2011

Looks like I may have a replacement for my 2006 Outback, as Skoda will almost certainly include diesel automatic from day one.

I had a "non-superb" Scout in high-school. It looked like this but was red:

Skoda Superb Combi will be available with 140bhp diesel 4x4 and DSG transmission this year. This is from a dealer. While I was testing Skoda Yeti (what an excellent little car btw! and it has 4x4 + diesel + DSG ). Skoda also offers raised suspension option (+20mm) for dirt cheap. That mean it´ll get 160mm total cleanrance. Not as good as OB, but it´s okay I think.

But who´d like to have DSG in a real life is totally different story...
