Actually it's not that bad. Given that it boots up in 9 seconds from cold start, and in like 2s from standby.

What type of enclosure did you use for the hardware?

You said you mounted it under the passenger seat. My car has heater ducting under there, is yours different? If not, won't it get too hot if you're running the heat?
