Do you own Richard Lucas Chevrolet too? It appears to be right next door on the map. If so, not to be mean, but you should maybe look into improving your BBB record - the business is rated "F".

George, how competitive is your dealership pricing on OEM parts and accessories? I think for a lot of us on here who already own Subaru's, we'd be interested in some parts, accessories and maintenance item specials.

Yeah, my fault guys. Trying to help him out - wasn't sure it he was aware of the poor PR he has online (maybe by chance he wasn't aware or something).
I know If it was my business I would like to know so I could have it rectified as soon as possible.

If it was your business and you had a "F" BBB rating, I'd probably recommend a different line of work haha.
