rear wiper fuse?

About a year ago, after recovering my vehicle from a shop, my rear wiper was not working. Having no previous issues, I was kind of surprised. My first reaction was to check the fuse, but upon a brief investigation, couldn't locate it. It's not of major importance, so I never followed up. Needless to say, the rear wiper still doesn't operate. The pump for the fluid still functions, but I hear no switches engaging the wiper motor.

Where is the fuse located?

Any methods to determine if the motor just needs to be replaced?
