I have a 2012 Outback Touring. Bluetooth is terribile. Rarely correctly accepts commands or dial by number requests. Replies completely erroneous. Attempted to have rectified through customer service response completely unacceptable. Bottom line that is the way it is and there is nothing they can do to rectify after having finally replaced the mic. This did not rectify problem. This is my 5th Subaru so much for customer service and good will. Other phones have been paired to the system with the same results. You would think they would at least attempt to replace the radio, but NO repeat NO. "Too bad that's the way it is and live with it", more like live without it. Big mistake trading my 2010 Subaru, it worked just fine and had satelite radio. Again 5th Subaru and treated like crap. They will not fix. Suggest it is a saftey issue and if not rectified immediately will pursue through Transport Canada. I am at my witts ends, any one any ideas? Maybe the Canadian President of Subaru should be informed as to how customers are treated, I am sure he would'nt put up with it............or the responses I have been getting.
