I have a '99 Outback. It's lifted 2" in the rear and 1.5" in the front.

I want BFG TA-KO's in 215/75-15.

After alot of measuring and some test fitting, I've come to the conclusion that I need about 1/2 inch more lift in the front, and wheels that offset the tire a little more toward the outside of the car(so, that would be a lesser offset?).

There will be some minor hammering and cutting necessary as well.

Thought this might help.

Put Falken A/T 215/70-15 and they work very well. '96 Outback, no lift. The tread is mean and works well in dirt/rocks of AZ.
