i assume most of your driving is highway, get kumho ecsta 4x. i love them, so much better than the shitty stock tires.

I use the car for work. I go off road once a week (dirt road, nothing major) and I drive in the snow tons. It never stops me...well its not supposed to!
Anyway my first outback I had General Grabber AT2 tires and loved them. They wore well, road well, offered great traction, and looks really good! My second outback (a sedan) had good year road terrain tires on them (sorry I don't remember what model tire they were) and they were horrible. The factory tires are ok for now but I will need tires by fall so I thought I would start now so I could get the best option! Thanks guys! |

Did you keep the TMPS sensors? No issues?

I don't think I have those sensors? TPMS sensors? Does that stand for Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors? Where are they? In the wheel or part of the wheel? I have had no lights on the dash come on and have driven about 150 miles today.

You guessed right. I honestly don't know if they are in every model but I know its available on the 12 OB. They are monitors mounted on the wheel inside the tire connected usually to the back of the valve stem. A lot of people have issues with them when adding new wheels. So, I thought I would ask. If you want to check drop the air pressure in your wheel to 15 and drive around the block a few times. If they are in there they should trigger a light on your dash.
