Default Problems after headgasket repair

02 outback limited 2.5 replaced headgasket put it all back together now it won't fire. Triple checked timing belt all marks pointing straight up. Cranks but no fire. Found wires pulled out of crank sensor. Jerry rigged it back on cranked over again and it spit and sputtered like it's out of time. Code po341 cam sensor. Wiring at cam sensor is ok.

Question is did I wire the crank sensor properly. Looking at the connector plugged in, facing me I have the yellow wire and behind it is the orange.

I also have another wire broke not sure what it is. On the back side of the. Motor drivers side under the throttle arm is a connector with 2 prongs on it but only 1 used and it goes to a ground bolt. I shoved the wire back in the connector but it might not be making connection. What is this wire going to?
