Exclamation Firing problem on 3&4 pistos

I am having trouble getting my number 3 and 4 cylinders to fire. The engine is trying but I am not getting the pistons to continue. There is consistent Ohms between 1-2 and 3-4 on the coils on the top of the manifold. I just replaced the head gaskets so I had to reset the timing belt. Could the timing be slightly off to make the computer just not fire for a precaution to prevent damage? I also can not find the ignition coil, it says on the firewall under the steering column inside but I do not see it. What are some possible issues to check for?
