fuel leak
What are the black circular items in the fuel line? My fuel line leaks at these connections and I have not been able to get it to stop

Its damper that smooths out the pressure pulses from injectors. If tightening the clamps isn't stopping it, then you may want to replace the fuel lines with some new ones or put some new clamps on.
