about the 215/65 16 grabbers... i also am looking for a set of tires and had been torn between another set of all season or winter tires... when i was on tire rack's site scoping out the grabbers i noticed that the grabbers are NOT rated for severe snow... so being from from buffalo i had to rule them out for the winter, not sure how much snow you get, just a little something to consider...
i had the sumitiomo htr+ and really liked them ($64 each!) |

The non mountain section of Maryland (were i am at) doesn't get that much snow. So, i am justifying getting a second set of tires for some light offroading and maybe trying some rally racing.
If the snow is more then a few inches Washington, DC shuts down. The city even made the news last year when ***** said that we were wusses. |
